Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or purchasing a gift voucher from Pure Beauty & Spa Kigali, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Appointment Reservations & Deposit Policy

To ensure guaranteed availability for all our guests, Pure Beauty & Spa operates with a structured booking deposit policy:

• A booking deposit of 10,000 RWF is required to lock your appointment time slot.
• The deposit is deducted in full from your total bill upon checkout at the spa.
• Please provide your transaction ID or payment proof when booking online.

3. Gift Vouchers & Redemptions

Gift vouchers purchased through Pure Beauty & Spa are subject to specific guidelines:

• Gift vouchers must be paid in full prior to official certificate issuance.
• Vouchers are valid for the designated validity period (standard: 1 full month from purchase/confirmation).
• Vouchers can be redeemed across all spa and salon therapies up to the certificate value.
• Vouchers are personal, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Arrival Time & Punctuality

We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time to check in, relax, and discuss your therapy preferences. In the event of late arrival, your treatment time may be adjusted to accommodate subsequent scheduled guests without price deduction.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly request at least 6 to 12 hours advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to waitlisted guests.

6. Health & Wellness Disclosures

For your safety and best results, please inform our therapists of any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or pregnancy prior to the start of your session.

7. Sanctuary Etiquette

Pure Beauty & Spa is an oasis of calm and rejuvenation. To preserve this tranquil atmosphere, please silence mobile devices and maintain a respectful tone toward therapists and fellow guests.

8. Modifications to Terms

Pure Beauty & Spa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
